## Parameters

  * `bic` (string (max 11 chars), optional) - Bic
  * `customer` (string (matches ^cust_[a-zA-Z0-9]{24}$), optional)
    - Example: "cust_yWYfCSzsUUhr9KwMv7vuLZHX"
  * `date_mandate` (string (format: date), optional) - Mandate date in YYYY-MM-DD format
  * `iban` (string (12-34 chars), optional) - Iban
  * `mandate` (string (max 35 chars), optional) - Mandate id
  * `name` (string (3-64 chars), optional) - Simple name identifying a mandate
